Did you just hit “Send” on Sandboxx only to realize you had the wrong mailing address? Don’t panic here’s what you need to know about fixing your recruit’s mailing address.

It’s important to remember that Sandboxx is not a part of the Defense Department, so the commands do not notify us if any recruit or trainee has a change of address. If your recruit or trainee has been moved to a different platoon since training began, they’ll need to provide you with their new address. Once you have it, reach out to us and we can help process the change.

If you need to edit your Letter’s address after sending a letter, please message the Sandboxx Customer Happiness Team ASAP. Chat with our team on the app, or email us at happiness@sandboxx.us

We’d love to help get your recipient’s address corrected if at all possible.

If available, please reference the 16 digit letter ID number (in your confirmation email) and include what needs to be fixed. This will help us fix the problem quickly. See below for an example of how the Order ID will appear in an Order Email confirmation.

Time Sensitive Edits: Printing at 5 PM EST Daily

Sandboxx prints and send Letters throughout the day. If you reach out to the Sandboxx team after 4:30 PM EST, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find and edit your Letter’s address. We are not able to edit Letter content.
