how We Serve the military Community

enhancing COMMS & building tools/resources

Sandboxx changes the way the military communicates by allowing service members, recruits, and their families to send and receive letters, photos, and support, particularly during basic training or deployment.

We’ve sent over 10 million letters to recruits and deployed service members worldwide in the past 8 years. With around 4 million users, we’re a critical resource for most of the U.S. military.

Supporting Recruits

Sandboxx helps to keep new recruits engaged and reduce dropout rates from the delayed entry program to basic training. This is particularly important given the challenges in military recruitment and the high employment rates in recent times.

The Sandboxx app has been instrumental in the U.S. Army’s recruitment efforts, particularly through the Prep for Success Digital Engagement program. This program aims to provide future Soldiers with the resources and coaching they need to succeed in basic training and beyond.

PrioritizIng Customer Feedback

Prioritizing customer feedback is a key element in our success. By focusing on the insights and suggestions from our users, including service members and their families, we can continuously refine and enhance our features to better meet their specific needs.

This approach helps in creating a more engaging and supportive experience, particularly important in the unique context of military life. Whether it’s improving communication channels, simplifying the process of sending letters, or introducing new functionalities, customer feedback guides us in making decisions that resonate with our customers.

Such commitment to user feedback not only fosters a stronger community but also reinforces our role as a vital tool in maintaining connections and support within the military network.

Supporting Friends & Family

We are dedicated to supporting the friends and families of military personnel by bridging the communication gap during challenging times like basic training and deployments. Our platform enables loved ones to easily send letters and photos to their service members, ensuring that despite the physical distance, the emotional connection remains strong.

We also provide valuable resources and updates to help families understand the nuances of military life, making their journey through the complexities of military service less daunting.
