As we head into Memorial Weekend we have information about when your loved one’s basic training mailroom will be closed for the holiday, so that you can make sure to get your letters to your recruit before the long weekend. The dates below are subject to change depending on the needs of the Command. Additionally, Sandboxx’s operations team will be off Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day.

Army Basic Training
If you are sending letters to Army basic training mailroom, the last day to send your letter before the Memorial Day weekend is Wednesday, May 25th at 4:30 pm EST.
Letters that are sent Thursday, May 26th by 4:30 pm EST will arrive for delivery on Tuesday, May 31st.
Letters that are sent after 4:30 pm EST on Thursday, May 26 through Tuesday, May 31st will not be delivered until Wednesday, June 1st.
Marine Corps Boot Camp
If you are sending letters to Marine Corps boot camp mailroom, the last day to send your letter before the Memorial Day weekend is Wednesday, May 25th at 4:30 pm EST.
Letters that are sent Thursday, May 26th by 4:30 pm EST will arrive for delivery on Tuesday, May 31st.
Letters that are sent after 4:30 pm EST on Thursday, May 26 through Tuesday, May 31st will not be delivered until Wednesday, June 1st.
Navy Boot Camp
If you are sending letters to Navy boot camp mailroom, the last day to send your letter before the Memorial Day weekend is Wednesday, May 25th at 4:30 pm EST.
Letters that are sent Thursday, May 26th by 4:30 pm EST will arrive for delivery on Tuesday, May 31st.

The app’s home page is not working at all for the last few days. I’ve tried everything and nothing is working. The news, travel, shop, and profile part is working just fine but the home page is NOT. What can I do nnow???

I have sent 4 letters. All say they have been delivered. My husband has sent letters to me saying he has not received a single letter from me since he’s been gone. So, maybe someone can help me figure out why that is happening.
I am the grandmother of a new Army recruit. I have sent her several Sandboxx letters. I have sent two letters twice. The first time was my fault. But today somehow while sending a invitation for a friend to use sandboxx I accidentally sent my letter twice.
Is there anyway to fix that?
