As we head into the Memorial Day weekend, we want to provide important information about mailroom closures at your loved one’s basic training location. This will help you ensure that your letters reach your recruit before the long weekend. Please note that the dates below are subject to change depending on the needs of the Command. Additionally, our print room will be closed on Monday, May 25th, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.

- Wednesday, May 20th: Ensure Delivery for Army(all), MCRD Parris Island, & Quantico before Memorial Day – Final Print at 5:00 pm ET
- Thursday, May 21st: Ensure Delivery for Lackland, Great Lakes, MCRD San Diego & Cape May before Memorial Day – Final Print at 5:00 pm ET
- Friday, May 22nd: Ensure Delivery for All Bases EXCEPT MCRD San Diego, the Tuesday after Memorial Day – Final Print at 4:30 pm ET
