Secure transactions
We use Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay to process payment information for checkout. These payment platforms are all audited and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
Private correspondence
Your letters are securely converted into physical mail and printed, sealed and packaged in our secure headquarters. Our mail room is accessible only to Sandboxx staff by secure key cards.

End-to-end data encryption
Your data will be protected even if your phone/laptop is stolen. We achieve this by ensuring that all of your sensitive data is never saved on your phone or computer. All communication between the app and our data in the backend happens over an encrypted network to protect your data.
Secure servers
We use Server Side Encryption (SSE) to encrypt data stored-at-rest. Our server provides both SSE and SSE-C. Our servers are also SSAE-16 cloud security certified. Our servers have built-in protection against Query Injection, Cross-Site Scripting, and Cross-Site Request Forgery.
