This is fentanyl, this is the end: From China with love

fentanyl dose compared to a penny

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid developed as a strong pain killer of anesthesia-class of power. Fentanyl is approximately 100 times more potent than morphine and 50 times more than heroin. It is the most powerful pain killer available in medicine today. It is easy to manufacture and very inexpensive as a street drug.

Carfentanil (monocarboxylic acid amide) is a synthetic opioid approximately 10,000 times more potent than morphine and 100 times more potent than fentanyl. It was originally intended as an anesthetic for large animals such as elephants, the largest land animal on the planet, and now your child might pop a few “salt grains” of it during lunch hour at school because of peer pressure.

What a glorious day this is! I’m no longer afraid of heroin where my children and the children of other good people are concerned, cause here comes the newcomer fentanyl and its gargantuan evil big sister Carfentanil.

I’m a man with children that I dearly love. A man like me is scared of things that can hurt their children… like pieces of broken glass in the grass on a summer day; a bone in a piece of dinner fish that isn’t supposed to be there; a car wreck, a bully at school or an eye-poke by an errant stick.

All those things seem pretty benign and innocuous by comparison to what afflicts our children in the most lethal fashion in the world today: opioid drugs. Sick of hearing about it? I know I sure am. Yeah, yeah… I get it: drugs are the scourge of the universe and we need to educate our kids and to just say “no” and fight the peer pressure… bleah, bleah, bleah. Consider it done and crisis resolved.

A possible detriment to us as a people is that the scourge is just a rumor until it sucker punch us right square in the face. A boulder doesn’t really exist until we haul off and kick it as hard as we can with a bare foot. Injuries and diseases will never afflict us because we are young and tough and sling our pistols low… we are invincible.

And fentanyl is incredibly addictive.

Suddenly, the buffer of just one curious experiment with a drug is gone, and a child is butt-up against an event that takes them from zero to addiction in nothing flat. Even prank-slipping a dose is a joke gone ghoulishly awry. There are no trial runs with fentanyl; no test-fires… no “This one doesn’t count because I just wanted to see what it tasted like… how it felt.”Âť Now you know both of those things and you will likely know them for the rest of your life.

Fentanyl is its own capital punishment for all offenses fentanyl, from J-walking to murder one; all offenses get no trial and result in death by injection. No false starts, no balks, no alibis, interference, technicalities, guilt by insanity temporary or otherwise… no mercy, quarter, armistice, ceasefire, nor free trials for 30 days or your money back. Fentanyl is the end.

We are blessed with acetyl fentanyl, furanyl fentanyl, methylfentanyl, and norfentanyl… so many fentanlys but why? Enter Chinese. China is the major illicit provider of fentanyl to the American opioid drug habit today. All the types of fentanyl above are the result of America’s cat-and-mouse game with China in an attempt to keep Fentanly away from our children: When one flavor of fentanyl is finally outlawed for import by the U.S., China develops a new flavor to keep the import of this American child-killing service up and running.

According to the Heritage Foundation, a think-tank, America suffered more than 49,000 deaths due to overdose of fentanyl in 2017. The Chinese equivalent to the American DEA takes zero responsibility for the export of fentanyl from its country and admits it has no plan to do anything about it. It’s apparently not time yet to take any action about it with China because, well… none of my kids have died yet from an overdose of it. But when that happens you mark my words I’ll be rallying in full force; by God, the outrage will be palpable!

The next-door neighbor’s kid overdosed on that stuff a few years ago. Thank God it wasn’t my kids. Now I still have time to kick back and veg out before the big rally. My kids would never touch that stuff. My kids would never ever lie to me or touch fentanyl, or at least that’s what they said last time I spent time with them. I know my kids because I’m a good parent. If nobody else will say it about me then I’ll say it about myself: I’z a GOOD parent!

Oh, darn it finally happened… my kid overdosed on fentanyl and died. I just feel so awful for him the poor little dear! So, it’s time then, right; time to rally around the fentanyl battle flag? TO ARMS THEN, FELLOWS! It’s time now to rally the masses and finally do something about those reprehensible fentanyl-mongering Chinese. Yeah, but… I’m the only one rallying right now because the others’ kids are still alive and they still have time left before enough is enough. But when that time does come you can bet it will be a blaze of glory! If I’m telling the truth, then I ask you: Are we kidding ourselves?

This is fentanyl; this is the end.

By Almighty God and with honor,
