The Army PaYS Program

The Army PaYS Program is a career-launching powerhouse, guaranteeing Soldiers five job interviews with top employers like Tesla, Amazon, and Delta Airlines. With over 3.9 million Veteran job opportunities created since 2000, it’s one of the most valuable benefits your Soldier can use to turn their Army experience into a thriving civilian career.

The knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities you gain in the Army aren’t just impressive—they’re in demand. Employers across the nation know that Soldiers bring unmatched discipline, problem-solving skills, and mission-first attitudes to the table. Recognizing this, the Army created a game-changing career pipeline: the Army PaYS Program.

The Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program connects transitioning Soldiers with top employers in both the public and private sectors, guaranteeing you five job interviews with trusted partners after service. It’s not just about finding a job—it’s about opening doors to careers with companies ready to welcome the unique talents of Army Veterans.

Since its launch in 2000, PaYS has teamed up with more than 1,200 organizations nationwide, including 91 Fortune 500 companies and over 150 local, county, and state governments. Household names like Tesla, Amazon, Delta Airlines, and Ford are just a few of the employers eager to hire Soldiers. To date, the program has generated over 3.9 million Veteran job opportunities—and it’s still growing.

The best part? Every Soldier—whether Active Duty, Army National Guard, or Army Reserve—is eligible to join. Even if they didn’t choose the option when they enlisted or commissioned, they can still register. All it takes is signing up on the PaYS website and earning an honorable discharge to remain eligible. Army Reserve Soldiers are able to be hired immediately after they finish Basic Training and AIT. Regular Army Soldiers are eligible after they complete thier first enlistment.

The results speak for themselves: since it’s inception, PaYS partners hired more than 267,000 Army Veterans. This program is a career-launching powerhouse, helping Soldiers transition seamlessly from military life to meaningful civilian careers. If you haven’t registered yet, do so now. PaYS is more than a benefit, it’s your next big opportunity. I encourage you to visit the PaYS website and register now.
