Finding a rewarding career can be extremely challenging for military spouses but making it a bit easier is what the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) is all about. On October 27, the organization is holding an in-person hiring fair for military spouses in Crystal City, Arlington with more than 80 employers in attendance.
The hiring fair will be held on the third day of MSEP’s annual event, slated to go from October 25 through 27.
On the first day of the event, MSEP will induct 70 new employer partners who are committed to hiring, promoting, and retaining military spouse employees. With this new batch of partners, MSEP’s hiring pool will include more than 600 organizations.
The following day, October 26, will include networking opportunities, a town hall event, and a dozen different breakout sessions aimed at driving greater spouse employment engagement. But the third day, October 27, is when the hiring party will hit full steam.
The in-person event will include opportunities to meet with employers and apply for jobs, network with other military spouses, receive training to improve your resume, and even the opportunity to get a free professional headshot, courtesy of the Military Officers Association of America Foundation.

What you need to know about the MSEP military spouse in-person hiring fair in the DC-Metro area on October 27
When is it? Thursday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where is it? At the DoubleTree by Hilton – Crystal City, 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, Virginia.
