The Warm and Cozy Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Sandboxx, a corporation with its principal address at 4200 Wilson Blvd., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22203 (“Sponsor”).

Mail-in Entry (Free method): To obtain an entry without making a purchase, type or legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, country, telephone number and complete email address and mail to: 4200 Wilson Blvd, Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22203. Mail-in entries must be received no later than December 26, 2022 at 11:59pm EST.
Instagram Post (Free method): During the Giveaway Entry Period, Sandboxx will post calls to action on its Instagram feed (the “CTA Instagram Post(s)”). The CTA Instagram Post(s) will be posts on the Sandboxx Instagram that mention the Giveaway. To receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway: (i) Go to the link in @Sandboxxapp bio on Instagram and complete the form associated with the CTA Instagram Post(s). You must fully complete the registration form by providing your name, physical address, email address, and phone number and submit to Sandboxx. Participants may subsequently use the same link to enter the Giveaway multiple times. (ii) When complete, comment on a CTA Instagram Post indicating that you completed the form (an “Instagram Post Participation Action”). For clarity, Participants are not required to post a new comment for each entry.
Instagram Story (Free method): During the Giveaway Entry Period, Sandboxx will post calls to action on its Instagram Story (the “CTA Instagram Story(ies)”). The CTA Instagram Story(ies) will be Instagram story posts on the Sandboxx Instagram that mention the Giveaway. To receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway: (i) tap the link in a CTA Instagram Story (an “Instagram Story Participation Action”); (ii) If the Giveaway Entry Period is still ongoing when your Instagram Story Participation Action is received, you will be redirected to the online registration form; and (iii) You must fully complete the registration form by providing your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number and submit. Participants may subsequently use the same link to enter the Giveaway multiple times.
If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply (as applicable). Your Instagram account (as applicable) must be set to “public” for the duration of the Giveaway Entry Period and until the winner has been announced in order for your entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to “private” any time after the winner has been announced.
“Sandboxx Purchase Action,” “Instagram Post Participation Action,” and “Instagram Story Participation Action” individually and collectively “Participation Action(s).” Participants may enter as many times as they like, regardless of entry method. A maximum of one (1) Prize may be awarded per person, per Sandboxx account, and per delivery address in connection with the Giveaway. Purported Participation Actions and/or registration forms (if applicable) that are incorrect or incomplete, received outside the Giveaway Entry Period, or that contain obscene, offensive, or any other language communicating messages inconsistent with the positive images with which Sponsor wishes to associate itself (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be void and disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors, or other issues that may affect the ability to locate or record a purported Participation Action or registration form (if applicable). Due to the way Instagram operates its services, Sandboxx may not be able to view or record purported Participation Actions, receive or send communications, or otherwise detect participation from or interact with potential Participants who have Instagram account settings that make their updates, comments, posts or communications private, protected, or otherwise limited, in which case any such purported Participant will be disqualified and ineligible to receive a Prize. Normal Internet access and phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Each Participation Action and registration form entry (if applicable) must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual Participant; automated and/or repetitive submission of Participation Actions or registration forms (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or Giveaway service) will be disqualified.

Three winners will receive one of three prizes:

- Giveaway #3 is one Sandboxx YETI tumbler and Black Rifle Coffee, valued at $70

Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sandboxx, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sandboxx as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on December 9, 2022, 12:01am ET and ending December 31, 2022, 11:59pm ET. All entries must be received by December 31, 2022, 11:59pm ET.
How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, Each Entrant will receive one (1) entry for each Sandboxx Letter they send. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the giveaway.
Prizes: The Winners of the giveaway will be chosen on January 3, 2023. The prizes are non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sandboxx to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection of Winners. Sandboxx shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winners of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNERS (AT SANDBOXX‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNERS OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this giveaway, You understand and agree that Sandboxx, anyone acting on behalf of Sandboxx, and Sandboxx’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and statements about the Contest, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sandboxx. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sandboxx from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sandboxx may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
Terms & Conditions: Sandboxx reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sandboxx’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Sandboxx may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sandboxx. Sandboxx reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sandboxx and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
